Terms and conditions of sale

•   The products described on the Site, and any samples we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or samples you have purchased or receive from us.

•  We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition received (packaging unopened and unused) or damaged stock for a full refund, provided that you tell us that you intend to return the item in writing and how you have originally paid for the item and we recommend you keep the original paperwork for reference of proof of purchase. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

•  Please note that we cannot accept returned item that we believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to you.

•  Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

•  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web Site.
